Damascene Capital traces its roots to the journey of its founder—born in Beirut, raised in the ancient city of Damascus, and sharped by the values of resilience, patience, and ambition that define the Levant. His path eventually led him to Canada and the United Arab Emirates, shaping a perspective that confidently bridges East and West. What began in 1996 as a series of entrepreneurial ventures has since evolved into Damascene Capital—a privately owned investment company governed by the Aboujeb family. From a personal mission to build and support enduring businesses, it has steadily developed into a platform carried forward from one generation to the next, with broader reach and deeper operational experience.
We are guided by values rooted in our heritage and sharpened by experience:
Patience in building value over time
Integrity in every relationship
Discipline in execution
Curiosity that drives innovation
Commitment to people, not just ideas
Damascene Capital remains a family-led and governed firm, honoring its roots while embracing the vision and energy of the next generation.
